Massage therapy is beneficial to help boost your mood and help treat acute and chronic injuries. Ben is the founder of Pearson Physical Therapy and has suffered more than his share of injuries, so he knows what you're going through. His latest fiasco was an injury during a football match when he injured his knee and had to undergo 2 surgeries and it left him side-lined for over a year. During that time, lockdown also kicked in and he needed to dig deep to keep himself fit and active without damaging the repaired knee. Give him a call if you need to be encouraged and motivated during your downtime - he's a friendly and approachable professional!
